Well, hello there! Last week, Michelle invited me along to Skechers Sundown Festival!
(Pardon the quality of some photos, it is taken using my phone)
Before that, we went to Grand Copthorne Hotel for an exclusive interview with a Taiwan Band none other than: 放射空間 Ground Zero.
I am honored that Michelle trusted me to interview them on her behalf. It enable me to know more about the boys!
There are basically four members in the band.
Lead Vocal: Ray
Guitar/Backing Vocals: Ivan
Drummer: Shin
Bass: Jason
A picture and a Snapchat video that I did with the band.
After the interview, we head down to Promenade, awaiting for the concert to start!
The crowd is coming in!
I remember back in the days, May Day's songs were big and follow us through our secondary school days. Ground Zero kicked start their performance with "东区的人别听慢歌" which is a unique and new rendition of May Day's "伤心的人别听慢歌".
In addition, they performed songs from their latest album: "玩真的" and "小朋友", their latest hit song, 大海之名, a Hokkien-dialect song, "终点起点" and "简单生活" and also did a cover of James Bay’s Hold Back the River.

Apart from Ground Zero, I got to see performance brought up by:
- Korean Band: EPIK HIGH!
- Thailand Band: Potato
- Japan Band: INKT
- Indonesia: J-Rocks
and several Singapore bands, which I didn't get a photo of because my phone went out of battery.
I had a joyous time at the festival! Once again, thank you Michelle for bringing me along. I got to know some good songs through this festival!
Head over and check out Michelle's take on the event!
