There was a sudden craze about Lady M Singapore, the new outlet that was opened in Orchard Central, which Michelle, Tselyn and I decide to visit after our staycation.

Upon arrival, we waited to be seated and requested for the private booth which is actually suppose to cater for 6 but there was only 3 of us and there was not much people around so we asked if it is possible to sit there. The waitress was in a difficult spot but since there is not much people around she let us have the booth. There was this guy around whom I think is one of the manager reprimanded the waitress for giving us the booth and he showed us a very bad attitude. I mean we already sat there and I overheard him asking her why did she gave us that seat and he just gave us that look. We immediately apologise to the waitress for leaving her in a difficult spot and we planned to leave if he were to come over and change our seats, which he didn't.
It is also apparent that they were short of manpower because even the chef came out to wait on the tables and serve food. We sat there for about 5 to 10 minutes before we get our menu and then we waited for 20 minutes before our meal is served.
But they have a really nice environment so we took lots of photos while waiting!
Tse Lyn's: Farmer's vegetable pot pie
Verdict: I am not a vegetable lover but I got to say that it is really tasty! It comes with chips and coleslaw alongside with the pot pie. Took a taste of it and I got to say I am in love with this.
Price: $12/serving
Ratings: 4.5/5 (WORTH TRYING!)
Michelle ordered The Lady's Benedict (Turkey Ham) which is a all-day breakfast set.
Verdict: The toasted muffin taste alright, turkey ham is cold but the soft poached egg is actually quite nice.
Price: $12/serving
Ratings: 2.5/5
I ordered the smoked salmon and avocado panini. Michelle's and Tse Lyn's orders arrived first and I waited for mine but it didn't arrive. It took about 10 to 15mins before I ask them where is my meal and they told me the system is down and I have to wait for my dish again. I waited for my panini for about half an hour and even Michelle and Tse Lyn are done with their meal.
Verdict: Quite disappointed with the service as if I didn't ask they will not have told me that the system is down and I will have waited for nothing. No photo for the panini but I will not recommend it. It comes along with the chips and coleslaw (like the potpie) which is both nice but the panini is a huge disappointment. It taste super SALTY! Didn't manage to finish my meal as it is too salty.

Anyway, we ordered 3 cakes:
Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Mille Feuille and the Chocolate Mille Crepe.
The Chocolate Mille Crepe is only available in their Orchard Central Outlet!
Verdict: Love it, the layers and texture of the cake really impress me. The chocolate is not too overwhelming and if you are a chocolate lover, the more you should try it!
Price: $8/ per slice
Ratings: 5/5
The Banana Mille Feuille
Verdict: The crust is very special, crispy, soft and flaky. A very unique texture, nothing too special, the banana taste is just nice.
Price: $7.50/per slice
Ratings: 4.5/5
Strawberry Shortcake
Verdict: Full of cream, you will like this if you are a cream-lover. I find it too overwhelming for me.
Price: $7.50/per slice
Ratings: 3/5
In a nutshell, I would recommend you guys to go ahead and try their cakes! Service for staff and I think one of their manager is fine but the other one is just bad. Try to go early afternoon to avoid the crowd! We went at about 12 plus 1pm and there was not much people. However, the crowd started coming in at about 2-3pm.
